Sanders Property Management new recruit

After leaving the Royal Navy Philip has spent the last 30 years working in property related roles for a major blue chip company at a number of locations in London and the South East. Starting as an electrician he worked his way via managing installation projects, into Facilities Management. His range of experience covers managing the operational and customer service aspects in demanding environments.

As a senior facilities manager he has extensive experience in a number of facilities and property management roles. He is used to working and communicating at all levels in the industry being flexible to meet demanding requirements. He has successfully managed and worked with contractors, various property professionals and local authorities.

Philip will be responsible for the day to day management of the residential blocks and estates liaising with contractors and directors or freeholders.

He will deal with all maintenance requests and issues in connection with communal areas and exterior of the buildings, he will arrange and monitor contracts and other arrangements for the supply of services required by the client in relation to the Property and its general maintenance.

Philip is looking forward to working with Peter Sanders of Sanders Property Management to further increase customer contact and improve the current high levels of service that the company offers to its client.
