Following a whirlwind year of high-profile tour support slots (Ricky Gervais, Bill Burr, Doug Stanhope), a 2018 Chortle Award nomination and an acclaimed, sell out Edinburgh Fringe run, Sean McLoughlin - ‘The best comedian you haven't heard of yet.’ (Time Out) - is taking Hail Mary, an hour of masterful stand up, around the UK on a national tour.

love and re-evaluated my Catholic childhood so there's all of that in there. It's much funnier than I make it sound," he said about his latest show.

On what it was like to support people like Ricky Gervais, he said: "I love it. You get to meet these giants and see them work up-close which is so exciting. Plus you're ultimately playing to the same crowds in the same venues as they are so I can have the experience of performing in amazing places without the hassle of having to become successful."

Sean's show comes to the Brunswick in Brighton on April 12.

"Most of the best and worst memories of Brighton took place in GFC on Church Road, a place so beautiful they had to shut it down five times due to unacceptable hygiene levels," he said.

Tickets are £12.50 with a £1.20 booking fee.
