Chichester North Street: Two new shops and Boots opticians to reopen following refurbishment

Here’s a round-up of what’s been going on in the city-centre of Chichester.

In North Street in Chichester, there’s been a flurry of activity going on. Here’s the latest news coming out of the heart of the West Sussex city’s shopping scene.

The opticians is in the city-centre of Chichester, opposite the WHSmiths in town. Through the shop windows, the work seems well underway for a new look in the opticians. Whilst closed for now, the shop will be back and open this weekend. A notice on the shop doors read: “Dear customers, please note this store is now closed. We look forward to welcoming you back on 7/09/24. Thank you.”

Brook Taverner has officially opened in North Street, Chichester. Previously, the space was used for The Mountain Warehouse store in Chichester, which has recently relocated to East Street. In its place, a menswear company by the name of Brook Taverner has come to the West Sussex city. It’s the menswear company’s thirteenth store. Established in 1912, Brook Taverner describe themselves as ‘impeccable British style’ and has over 50,000 five-star reviews online.
