‘Old Timers’ perform at Bosham
The Bosham Old Timers’ will be presenting their 42nd annual variety show at Bosham Village Hall on Friday and Saturday, March 16 and 17, at 7.30pm, with a programme of popular songs from the past 100 years or so, and amusing sketches.
Spokesman Brian Walton said: “Each year the Old Timers start rehearsals in May ready for performances from September at Care Homes and Clubs around the Chichester area, before finishing with the main shows at Bosham in March.
“All proceeds go to supporting the Bosham Monday Club minibus and for some years Bosham Old Timers have been the principal supporter of this worthy cause, which is much appreciated especially by older residents in the area. “This year the Old Timers have been joined by some new talent and, once again, the Bosham shows promise to maintain their high reputation.
