Secret Songwriters is a new event taking place at Frank’s Front Room, on October 28 and November 25.

NOT just another open mic night, Secret Songwriters is an opportunity for local songwriters to play their own material and develop their sound in a friendly and supportive environment. All are welcome to the event at Frank’s Front Room Snug bar, at 31-32 Station Road (opposite Hastings rail station and Sainsbury’s Local).

Sam Calver will be performing on Sunday (October 28) at Porters Wine Bar, in High Street, from 4pm.

SAM is a well-known local singer/songwriter who is making waves beyond Hastings, and his home town of Bexhill.

He has described his music as a cross between Coldplay, Plan B, and Kings of Leon.
