Swinging into spring at St Mary-in-the-Castle

His set will include songs for a fine spring morning with a touch of St Patrick’s day for good measure.

Accompanying Chris at the Jazz Breakfast are pianist John Harriman, Erica Wilson on bass, Pete Billings on drums with Pete Burden on alto-sax.

Last autumn Chris recorded a song called Hutch Lived Here as a tribute to his father the late, great Hutch. English Heritage last year awarded a blue plaque to Hutch, who was the biggest cabaret star in Europe from the mid-1920s to the mid-1940s, in recognition of his contribution to music.
