BATTLE Light Opera Group will bring Gilbert and Sullivan’s great comic opera The Yeomen of the Guard to life this weekend in the Memorial Hall, Battle.

Sweeping music and rapier-sharp fooling are brought together in a light-hearted evening of entertainment.

Performances are at 7.30pm on Friday 9 and Saturday 10 November, with a matinee on Saturday at 2.30pm.

To celebrate the Diamond Jubilee Year, Battle Light Opera Group is giving away ten pairs of free tickets for this Saturday night’s show. Just answer the following question - Who guards the Crown Jewels?
