Chiddingly Church Fete raised an impressive £4,700. The fete took place in the Old Vicarage Gardens. Despite the rain there was a good turnout of people at the fete. The organisers thanked the stallholders and helpers who gave up their time to ensure that everyone had a good time.

As well as the fete there was a flower festival in the church. There was also a competition where pupils from Chiddingly School battled it out to create the best crown. There was also a tombola, a grand raffle and silent auction. There were a variety of stalls on offer including cakes, books and a plant sale. The church is already planning its next church fete for the summer of 2014.
