A bay day return for classic cyclists

Shortly afterwards they pedalled off to join other cycling aficionados at Pevensey Bay to represent Bexhill at the Vehicles of Yesteryear show.

The group’s events co-ordinator, Ray Konyn, said: “The meandering ride from Herbrand Walk to Pevensey was particularly pleasant at this time of year.

“The show was very well organised with plenty of variety, attracting an unusual array of classic vehicles.

“The fascinating machines and stories from some of the enthusiasts and visitors made it a very interesting day.”
