Star performers in Year 13 results were Hester Benham and Rebecca Lenthall. Other high achievers were Emma Kuhn, Molly Lovell and Amy Stanton.

The Year 12 students are a strong cohort and this was reflected in their results. Top grades were attained by Alhana Danaher, Erik Lai, Catherine Moore, Jon Newman, Chris Reed, Lauren Sells and Rachel Winter.

Several of these students elected to pursue the Extended Project which is an additional qualification designed to showcase the research skills of the candidates and original thinking. Seven of the eleven students received an A grade in this examination.

Adam Osborne, Head of Sixth Form, said: “I am delighted for those students who have secured their places at universities at what is a very competitive time. The success of our students in a broad range of subjects, and with large numbers pursuing English and Mathematics, is particularly heartening. The Sixth Form at The Regis School continues to develop and offers students a range of academic and vocational courses to prepare them for life beyond school whether in employment or higher education. We are extremely optimistic for their future success in a whole range of workplace settings and communities.”
