How many people work in your office and who are they?

The formation of Tod Anstee Hancock in 2016 brought together a team with an incredible wealth of both experience and expertise in the Chichester property market. More than any other independent estate agent in Chichester, the four directors of Tod Anstee Hancock between them have experience of every aspect of property including Residential and Commercial Sales and Lettings, Residential and Commercial Property Management, Holiday Lettings, Property Acquisition and New Housing Development. Richard and Jennie Hancock spent 25 years running their successful Estate Agents in Chichester, while John Anstee and Sam Tod gained their early experience in the fiercely competitive London and Middle Eastern property markets before returning to their home town of Chichester in 2009 to set up their own independent estate agents.

We have four members of the team in Residential Sales, eight in Residential Lettings, and an overall compliment of seventeen (eighteen if you include Dixon, our black Labrador).

Tod Anstee Hancock is able to offer customers a one-stop shop for all their property needs. We are a multi-disciplinary office located within the centre of Chichester, one of the country’s most beautiful cathedral cities equidistant from the coast and South Downs National Park.

Describe your average customer?

Like property, every individual is different. We are on hand to assist with everything from first time enquiries, deceased estates to advising investors and managing landlord portfolios of any size. In essence, no matter how small or large, we are a Chichester estate agent with local people and property at its core.

What are the unique selling points of the area you serve?

We consider ourselves extraordinarily lucky to live and work in West Sussex. One of the key selling points is that we enjoy The South Downs National Park and Coastal Areas but are so well connected to London and beyond.

Importantly we witness generations who return to the region from leading professional lives in London and abroad. Surely one of the key selling points is the complement of buyers who wish to return home and raise their families in area which they grew up themselves.

How would you describe the service you provide?

We go the extra mile. If we need to accommodate an appointment out of hours, we will do our best to achieve this. If it means travelling across the region to deliver a document by hand to ease a sales transaction – we will do so. We are dedicated to offering the very best service and to exceed all expectations.
