Aladdin opens in Lewes on Saturday January 7

CURTAINS open this weekend on the 65th St Mary’s Pantomime production, Aladdin, and director Andy Freeman promises that audiences young and old can look forward to the usual high standard of fun and frolics in traditional pantomime style.

The show features a cast of 27, with Louise Hackett playing the title role of Aladdin as well as taking the role of co-choreographer alongside Lucy Freeman (Princess Say-Wen). Both Louise and Lucy have grown up with panto, and this year both share the stage with their brothers and fathers.

Aladdin opens at St Mary’s Social Centre, Christie Road in Lewes on Saturday, January 7.

Tickets are priced at £8 for adults at all performances, £5 for children on Friday and weekends and £3 Tuesday to Thursday. OAP discount available Tuesday only. For more information visit or call 01273 477733.
