Alleged sex attack on 14 year old girl

The attack is alleged to have happened while she was at school.

Rye police sergeant Warren Downs said: “I can confirm Sussex Police received a complaint from the victim’s father. A thorough initial examination of the victim was conducted. The suspect was arrested and is on bail.”

Her father said: “We feel badly let down. This took place in a school corridor - where was the supervision? The school did not even seem keen on calling the police straight away.

“My daughter is a vulnerable young girl - the school knows this.”
