Psychedelic stained glass windows will be a highlight of Lewes Arts Fair tomorrow (Saturday).
They are the work of Luke Insect using large Victorian window frames reclaimed from yards in East Sussex.
The striking imagery was then screenprinted onto powder-coated glass panels.
Insect perfected his oddball image mongering, maximalist illustration style and surreal pop art imagery in London. In 2007 he headed down to Brighton to set up his own boutique studio.
The fair, at Lewes Town Hall, will also feature ‘action painting’ by Pete Fowler.
Visitors can watch him set to work at 10am, and monitor progress until the painting is finished at 3pm.
Some of his most recognisable images have been for the Super Furry Animals’ albums, videos, merchandise and giant inflatable bears.
