Angmering homes plan is cut back by builders

Barratt David Wilson Homes has submitted revised plans to Arun District Council, proposing 139 homes on the site, with 30 per cent of them affordable, compared with a total of 150 homes previously, on a site which is part of the Angmering masterplan.

Other plans in the latest list submitted to Arun in the Gazette area include:

ANGMERING: one externally-illuminated fascia sign at main entrance gates, Rustington Golf Centre, Golfers Lane.

ARUNDEL: conversion of loft space and associated alterations including two conservation rooflights, The Poor House, 5 Mount Pleasant. Also, listed building consent application for same,

Two-storey extension to form a garage and two bedrooms (re-submission of AB/120/13), 3C Fitzalan Road.

BARNHAM: replacement maggot farm building, Maggot Farm, Lidsey Farm (East), Lidsey Road.

KINGSTON: application for a minor material amendment of condition 2 imposed under K/12/12/ for amended plans for plot 2 and amended design for garage, 69 Coastal Road.

RUSTINGTON: additional bedroom, dining/family room and modified bathroom and kitchen to rear, and enlarged bedroom with ensuite to front, 26 Cove Road.
