Appeal for missing Bognor man

A police appeal has been made for information about a Polish man who was last seen in Bognor Regis more than six weeks ago.

Sebastian Mendecki, 27, was last seen at his home in the town on June 21.

Sergeant Danny West, of Bognor police station, said: "It is understood he was concerned about money issues at the time which may have been the motivation for him leaving.

"His family in Poland have not heard from him since his disappearance and all initial lines of enquiry have proved negative."

Mr Mendecki is described as being white, slim to medium build, 5ft 10in in height, with short blond 'messy' hair, blue eyes and facial piercings.

Sgt West said the police would like to hear from anyone with information they might have about Mr Mendecki's whereabouts.

The details should be given to Sussex Police on 0845 60 70 999 quoting serial 2077 27/06/09.
