Appeal for Worthing housing plan
AN appeal has been lodged against Worthing Council's refusal to grant permission to the Downland Housing Association for new housing in St Botolph's Road, Worthing.
The association wants to demolish a house and garage at 14 St Botolph's Road and build eight self-contained housing units with communal and staff facilities.
