APPEAL: Man missing from Worthing's Meadowfield Hospital

Leslie Locke, 64, left Meadowfield Hospital, in Arundel Road, at around 8.30am on Monday, June 2, and has not returned.

Police are appealing for information as to his whereabouts.

Leslie is described as white, 6ft tall and of medium build.

He has short, grey balding hair and has only one tooth at the front.

He was wearing a blue and white short sleeved checked shirt, beige trousers, dark jacket and white trainers.

He was last seen holding a plastic Tesco shopping bag.

Anyone with any information is asked to call Sussex Police on 0845 60 70 999 quoting serial 566 of June 2.
