Apprentice event

A GROUP of business savvy students from Felpham could be just what Alan Sugar is looking for.

The group of Year 10 Felpham Community College students took part in The Event Apprentice held at the University of Chichester. Based on the television show, the day was organised by four final year Chichester University event management students.

Headteacher, Mark Anstiss, said: “This sort of extra-curricular event develops important skills in young people. I am delighted we had the chance to participate in such a rewarding event at the university. It gave the students a first-hand experience in the world of business and they took some valuable skills home with them.”
