Here are few tips for sending in your photos and videos to us:
Photos need to be sent in as standard JPEGs and under 20MB.
Video must be no longer than 30 seconds in total, and the file size not exceeding 3MB.
While shooting video, try to keep the camera/phone as still as possible; if filmed using a phone, please film it landscape, not upright.
Send all photos/video to firstname.lastname@example.org by 11am on Monday,March 16.
Comic Relief started in 1988. The last Comic Relief Red Nose Day event in 2013 raised £100,331,808.
The very first Red Nose Day was in 1988 and raised a £15 million. Comic Relief spends the money raised by Red Nose Day to help people living tough lives across the UK and Africa. From 2009 to 2013 it made grants totalling more than £300 million, to help people living tough lives in the UK and around the world.
