LENT TALK: On Wednesday in Arlington village hall starting at 7.30pm there will be a Lent Talk.

WHIST DRIVE: On Wednesday in Berwick Village Hall starting at 7.30pm there will be Whist Drive.

VILLAGE MARKET: On Tuesday, March 1 between 10am and 11.30am there will be a Village Market in Arlington Village Hall offering a variety of stalls including home baking, traditional bread and refreshments.

PARISH COUNCIL: The next full Arlington Parish Council meeting will take place on Thursday March 17 starting at 7.30pm in Arlington Village Hall.

BERWICK PARISH COUNCIL: The next full Berwick Parish Council meeting will take place on Tuesday March 29 starting at 7pm in Berwick Village Hall. There will be two meetings that night starting with the full council meeting and ending with the annual Berwick Parish Meeting. Refreshments will be served on the night and an agenda will be issued nearer the time on the Parish website at: http://berwickparishcouncil.org/ Members of the public and the press are welcome to attend both meetings.

RESIDENT PASS: Michelham Priory is offering residents of Upper Dicker or Arlington the opportunity of a Resident Pass for the 2016 season. The pass will only be issued to residents of Upper Dicker or Arlington who visit the Priory until March 1. The following conditions apply; only one pass per household, proof of address must be shown in order to receive a pass (utility bill, driving licence etc.), the pass can only be used by the two adults whose signature appears on the card, and they will be asked to sign in with each use. The pass entitles the holder to free entrance for two adults and four children to Michelham Priory during normal opening hours throughout the 2016 season, including event days. The pass allows free admission to the Priory and grounds only. Any additional chargeable activities must be paid for at the normal rate. The pass cannot be used for outdoor theatre performances or any other ticketed event.
