Arun planing applications submitted this week

FOURTEEN homes are proposed on the site of two houses at East Preston.

Developer, Building Potential, has submitted plans to Arun District Council for two two-bedroom houses, seven three-bedroom houses and five flats/maisonettes, together with the demolition of the houses Malvern and Kerria, in Station Road.

ARUNDEL: installation of PVCu French doors in place of the lounge window, 10 Green Lane Close.

EAST PRESTON: Alterations and first floor extension, providing a reduced garden room on the ground floor, together with conversion of garage to a gym, and two new bedrooms, study and bathroom to first floor; remove pitched roof and replace with lower mono pitched roof, Sandgate House, South Strand.

FORD: demolish garage and build replacement, 2 Old Station Cottages, Ford Road.

LITTLEHAMPTON: one non-illuminated fascia sign and one non-illuminated projector sign, both on front elevation, Scope, 64 High Street.
