Arundel Castle champs defend jousting crown

THE World Cup may be over, but Arundel Castle is about to host a major international tournament with historical roots going back many centuries.

Knights of old will be heading for the castle to take part in its annual International Jousting and Medieval Tournament, from Tuesday (July 22), for a whole week.

The contest is the longest of its kind, and the largest in Europe and this will be its sixth year at Arundel.
