Three community pioneers have been appointed, Teresa Flexer, Hayley Horne and Christopher Petroulas, and they are now in the process of selecting three local worthwhile groups or charities to support.

The team said: “We have made our choices, just waiting for final confirmation, but we are always open to suggestions and ideas. These will be very local to Arundel and frequently used by everyone in the community.

“We will endeavour to raise funds and attend events where possible in order to support these groups. We hope that everyone will contribute and help towards supporting the chosen groups.”

The store is currently running a competition to win a hamper packed with goodies from The Co-operative’s finest Truly Irresistible range.
