Arundel Trophies supports the Observer Community Awards

The company, run by Richard Gosling, will this year be providing all the trophies for the Observer Community Awards as well as sponsoring our Best Coach/Manager category.

Arundel Trophies stocks a glittering array of silverware, cups, trophies, plaques, shields, and achievement awards and also sells brass and laminate information signs.

For 35 years the company has been helping sports groups across the county to recognise the achievements of sporting stars of all ages, whether they are winning major competitions or just starting out in their sporting lives.

Mr Gosling said: “We deal with all sorts of clubs, it’s not just football but every sport you can think of, some small and some large.

“Some of the clubs don’t have a lot of money to spend on trophies and things, but want to do something and it’s nice to do give their members something as recognition of their achievements.

“We try to get the feel of what’s going on locally in the different sporting categories.

“Sport is very good for the community and so it is good to get involved with events like these.”
