Ashington brothers welcome Duchess of Cambridge to Downton Abbey

Four-year-olds Zac and Oliver Barker - who are triplets along with their sister Megan - play the role of Master George Crawley in the popular ITV drama and joined the rest of the cast at Ealing Studios in London to welcome Kate Middleton who is eight months pregnant.

“Zac handed Kate the posy when she arrived,” explained the boys’ mum Clare Barker. “She had a chat with him and was a little surprised when he told her he was a triplet!

“Oliver featured in the cast photo and also presented Kate with a toy train and teddies for Prince George and the new baby. She asked Oliver who his favourite train was & he answered with Percy!

“We then attended the reception for her afterwards, watched her unveil a plaque then had another chat with her. We wished her all the best with the new baby.

“She was lovely - really down to earth and stunning. She seemed to genuinely enjoy the visit.”
