Ashington school wins quiz
A team of children from Ashington CE School took part in a National Inter School Science Quiz championship which was held at Rydon Community College in Storrington.
With fierce competition from other local primary schools, the Ashington team was proud and excited to be the overall winners, achieving one of the highest scores in the competition. The team will now go forward to the next round which will be held in the summer term. The enthusiastic science team comprised: Finlay di Castiglione, Rose Grayson, James Durant and Rosie Blakely.
