Autumn colours look set to be best for years

The poor summer looks set to bring a dazzling display of autumn colour to the gardens of Sheffield Park and Garden according to the National Trust’s gardens and parks adviser, Mike Buffin.

Latest statistics have proved this summer has been the wettest in over 100 years. But every cloud has a silver lining and Mike, one of the National Trust’s most respected garden experts, reckons this year could be the best autumn for many years.
