Award a step in the right direction for dance school

Horsham resident Fiona Whyte, principle of Fi Steps dance school which holds classes in Horsham and Crawley has recently won the Performing Arts award at the Crawley Community Awards.

In her acceptance speech Fiona said she set up Fi Steps to keep children off the streets and give them passion, structure and fun in a non-competitive environment.

Fi Steps runs dance classes for children age 3 to 30 every week at Millais. They perform at many locations including The Capitol, The Hawth, Royal Albert Hall, and West End theatres.

Fi Steps celebrate 25 years with a few achievements: Publicly performed over 900 different routines, produced 28 Fi Steps school show productions, performed in over 45 West End performances, seven European performances, numerous local charity, fun events and pantomimes.

The dream lives on and on and on.
