Award for locallifeboat stalwart
PRISCILLA Ryan was presented with a special award for her work for the RNLI at a ceremony at Rye Town Hall this week.
Priscilla, wife of the late John Ryan, who created Captain Pugwash, was awarded a bar to the Gold Badge she was given a decade ago for her continued efforts.
The ceremony, on Thursday 24, was attended by Rye Mayor Shaun Rogers.
