District councils should disappear in any local government reorganisation.

That's the view of people who took part in the latest on-line poll at lewestoday.co.uk

We asked if a tier of local government was to go, which one should it be.

Sixty-five per cent of voters said district council, 15 per cent county councils, ten per cent parish councils while ten per cent said leave it as it is.
