THREE special monkey mums celebrated at Drusillas Park in East Sussex on Mother’s Day following the recent arrival of their own mini monkeys.
Emperor Tamarin, Lucy gave birth on 3rd February, followed by silvery marmoset Hester on the 22nd March.
Cotton top tamarin Georgie then gave birth to twins the following day.
Zoo manager, Sue Woodgate said: “It is fantastic to see all these tiny monkeys at the Park.
“It is really important that the brothers and sisters play a part in rearing the new babies, as it gives them the experience needed to become parents themselves in later life.”
