Bad Wabbit Crew raise more than £1,000 for Fordwater School

THE Bad Wabbit Crew have handed over a cheque to Fordwater School for more than £1,000, after raising the money during a a successful Shindig event on Saturday, June 6.

The Bad Wabbit Crew was formed in 2011, and the group’s aim is to ‘party hard and regularly’. Once a year, the group holds an event to raise money for charity.

This year saw the crew host a bike show with trophies in several categories, stalls, food and drink followed by live music throughout the evening.

They raised £1,350 for Fordwater School, which they handed over earlier this month.

Whilst doing so, the crew had the opportunity to look around the school and see first hand how the money raised will benefit all the students there.
