Students from Davison C of E High School, in Selborne Road, Worthing, raised the money for the Davison Ghana Appeal, which aims to raise enough funds to purchase and build a brand new secondary school for Maranatha Preparatory Academy in Ghana. Students visited the village back in 2013 and pledged to help and support the school and their local community. More students are planning to go back in 2015 to help build the new Secondary school and buy educational resources to help maintain and develop their education.

Tanya Roberts, the school’s community manager, said the amount raised was fantastic.
