LIVE MUSIC AT BALCOMBE CLUB – Joe 90 will be performing at the Club on Saturday 16 January. Please remember subscriptions are due by 31 January. After that date you will need to rejoin.

PARISH ROOM AGM takes place in the Parish Room at 7.30 pm on Tuesday 19 January. Anyone who is interested in the running of this well loved village facility is invited to come along and meet the management team and learn a little more about how it all works - they are a friendly bunch and would welcome any new members to the team should you feel the need to get involved with a bit of volunteering.

CINEMA – the next film to be screened at the Victory Hall will be the hit period drama - “Suffragette”. The film stars Carey Mulligan; Helena Bonham Carter; and Brendan Gleeson. This screening will be Friday 22nd January starting at 7.30 pm. Tickets for this film will be £6.00. As usual, these can be purchased in advance from Threads. Demand is expected to be high – so please book early! Please note that this film is rated 12A.

BALCOMBE SCOUTS CHILL BURNS QUIZ – this popular event is on Saturday 23 January at 7.30 pm for 8.00 pm in the Parish Room. Teams of 4 may enter and the evening includes the quiz and a two course meal. Tickets are available from Rosemary on 811800 at a cost of £12 per person.
