Battle man on child porn charge
A Battle man has appeared in court accused of making indecent photographs of children.
Derrick Finch, 57, of Stevens Crouch, entered no pleas to the three charges when he appeared in the dock in front of Hastings magistrates on Tuesday.
He also faces a charge of engaging in a sexual activity in front of a child aged between 13 and 15 and a separate count of facilitating the commission of a child sex offence.
Finch also entered no pleas to these two charges.
He was sent to be tried at Lewes Crown Court and a plea and case management hearing will take place there on May 21.
