Be-yoga to continue support for hospice

Everyone at Be-yoga in Haywards Heath would like to say a huge thank you to all our members who have donated so generously over the past month to Demelza Children's Hospice.

Our Rock and Flow Christmas Party was a great success; it was wonderful to welcome so many of you to celebrate with us.

We will be continuing to raise money for Demelza throughout January, through our healthy homemade cakes sold in reception, and our Karma Class.

We invite you all to come on Saturdays, from 5-6pm. There is no need to book or buy membership, all donations are very much appreciated!”
