Parked cars along main street: Please do not mount the pavement when parking along main street. The pavement is for people to walk on, push chairs,mobility scooters, electric and manual wheelchairs.When pushing a pushchair you should never have to push your child either into the hedge or the main road to pass the vehicle.

Beckley Horticultural Society: are holding their Autumn Show on Saturday 26th September at 2pm in Beckley Village Centre All entries to the Show Secretary before please ! Entries on the day by 11am before judging starts. Doors open at 2 pm for public viewing & refreshments As the church fete was canceled they are going to hold a huge Bric a Brac sale in the small hall when the horticultural show is on go and grab a bargain.

Rother Levels: branch of the Bexhill & Battle Conservative Association quiz night. It is a purely social occasion open to everyone of all political persuasions, questions are definitely not based on politics. ANYBODY FOR MURDER?: Beckley players next production “Anybody For Murder” is to go ahead from 7th -10th October at Beckley Village Centre. All profits will be going towards the Village Centre so please come along and support us! The play is a comedy thriller by Brian Clemens and Dennis Spooner “..a thriller superbly laced with comedy, which gives that extraordinary amalgam of dramatic tension and helpless laughter.” (Amateur Stage) Tickets are £7 Thursday and Saturday Wednesday is opening Gala night £10 to include cheese and wine Friday is Theatre Supper NIght £15 to include a three course meal!! All Saints Church: Beckley Music Concert Saturday 24th October 7.30pm A concert of sacred and secular music to celebrate the renovation of the organ will be performed by the Wealden Consort, judged to be one of the top six choirs in Kent in 2014. The conductor and organist is Cornelis Taekema who has performed on the celebrated organs of Canterbury Cathedral and the Royal Albert Hall. Tickets available on the door will be £8.
