Bexhill in Bloom awards

IT WOULD seem this year's new category for Bexhill in Bloom was made for Sackville Road Methodist Church.

Walking away with first prize for container gardens at the prize-giving at the Mermaid, the church has set a precedent for un-lawned businesses and town buildings to follow.

Old Town took the top overall award with Little Common runner-up.
