Bexhill plans in the pipeline

THE following planning applications have been received by Rother District Council:

• 32 Hornbeam Avenue – LDC for conservatory considered permitted development.

• 7 Western Road – change of use from existing in association with 9 Western Road charity shop to A3 bakery and coffee shop.

• 3 Upper Sea Road – change of use from residential home to house of multiple occupancy.

• 1 Hillcrest Avenue – demolition of existing garage, sub-division of existing plot at 1 Hillcrest Avenue and construction of anew single storey dwelling.

• 26 Meads Road – three-storey rear extension with balcony/ walkway and steps to rear.

Bexhill High School, Gunters Lane – construction of 2.4 metre high fencing north of school and to part of southern boundary adjacent to footpath.

• 11 and 11A Windmill Drive – proposed change of use from shop/dwelling to creative health fitness and beauty studios including flat roof single storey extension and garage conversion.

• 1 Penny Lane – construction of cantilevered bay window on east elevation to existing detached bungalow.
