• 65 Barnhorn Road, Little Common Dental Practice – proposed signage for Little Common Dental Practice (part retrospective)

• 9 Plemont Gardens – proposed rear extension, new windows and general alterations.

• 5 Elmstead Road – construction of PVCU conservatory.

• Whitehouse, Maple Avenue – replace extant planning permission RR/2008/620/P – installation of ornate balcony to the south and west elevation.
