Bexhill plans in the pipeline

THE following planning applications have been received by Rother District Council:

• Brambledown, Whitehill Avenue – demolition of existing detached two-bay garage and construction of replacement two-bay garage with room in roofspace and demolition of existing conservatory and construction of single storey rear garden room extension.

• 19 Terminus Road – extend existing rear west side summer room. Construct pool and pool enclosure. Construct WC in rear east side corner.

• 32 Sackville Road – replace extant planning permission RR/2008/761P conversion of existing property in three self-contained flats.

• 125 Cooden Drive – formation of additional vehicular access.

• 6 Herbrand Walk, Cooden Beach – replace extant permission RR/2008/3472/P – construction of a new dwelling.

• 39-41 Sea Road – remove completely one willow tree at rear of property.

• Beach Huts nos;43-48, 50-60, 72-73, 76-86 Richmond Avenue to South Cliff – renewal of time limited permission RR/2005/3091/P for the retention of 37 beach huts.

• Beach Huts nos;16A, 64, 74 and 101, South Cliff chalet site, South Cliff – renewal of time limited permission RR/2005/2903/P for the retention of four beach huts.
