Bexhill plans in the pipeline

THE following planning applications have been received by Rother District Council:

• 31 St Leonards Road – ref RR/2009/2349/P Expiry date December 14, 2010. Sadies Cafe would like to make Sunday opening hours permanent due to a successful and trouble-free year.

• Conquest House, Collington Avenue – proposed extension to existing approved temporary car park to relieve the impact to the local road network for neighbouring properties.

• 9 Norfolk Close – conservatory to existing dwelling.

•6 Amanda Close – convert garage into second living area (not affecting the two parking bays currently required under property clause).

• 2 Sackville Road – proposed alterations to shop front.

• 8 Hartfield Road – single storey extension to form garage.

• 27 Wealden Way – two-storey side extension to form garden room with enlarged kitchen over.
