Bexhill Pool to reopen

Freedom leisure is delighted to announce the reopening of Bexhill Leisure Pool - on target - on 18 December 2006, following a substantial £150,000 refurbishment programme, undertaken as part of its commitment to improving leisure facilities in Rother, in partnership with Rother District Council.

The changing cubicles and lockers have all been replaced and there is a new tasty snack menu in the servery and Costa Coffee caf. There is also a brand new reception area and a shop selling swimwear and swimming aids such as goggles and armbands.

Bexhill Leisure Centre, which is located on Ravenside Retail Park, offers a great swimming experience for the entire family. It boasts a flume and wave machine, providing plenty of fun for youngsters and is equally popular with dedicated lane swimmers seeking to improve and maintain their fitness levels. The centre also offers a range of Aqua fit classes and a new programme of swimming lessons for all ages commence in the New Year.
