Cannabis was found underneath a wardrobe in the main bedroom and on top of the kitchen fridge together with £200 cash.

PC Paul Eastes of the Rother Neighbourhood Policing Team said; “Drug dealing and associated acquisitive crime blights communities.

“Although this particular operation did not result in a significant amount of drugs being recovered, it sends out a clear message that we will work with the community, develop and act on the information provided to us about suspected drug activity.

“Those involved in drug supply face the very real prospect of a custodial sentence.”
