DEVELOPERS have submitted plans for 66 homes on land at Toddington, north of Littlehampton.

Angmering-based Wilmington Homes has applied for planning permission for the scheme on the four-acre site, which would include 20 affordable homes.

According to the application, the site is currently not in use, but was previously used for horticulture and storage. It is not within the area earmarked for development by Arun’s development plan.
