LOWER DICKER Garden Centre is joining Macmillan Cancer Support’s World’s Biggest Coffee morning from 9am until 12pm on Friday, September 30.
Free tea and coffee will be given in exchange for a donation to the charity.
Last year (2010), more than 43,000 official coffee mornings were held across the country, raising more than £8million for the charity.
Charles Byrne, head of corporate partnerships and events at Macmillan Cancer Support, said: “There are more than two million people in the UK living with cancer.
“Every penny we raise will help us reach out to even more people who need our support.”
Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people affected by cancer, providing practical, medical, emotional and financial support.
