Birthday fun for Bognor Regis U3A members

SOME 70 members celebrated the first birthday of the Bognor Regis U3A in style.

They danced the night away at the Newtown Social Club in North Bersted to the music of Moonlight.

The barn dance saw some following the instructions of Barbara the caller in the mysteries of the moves.

But others provided unintentional amusement by going the wrong way with the wrong partner at the wrong time.

A ploughman’s supper followed by ice cream and a birthday cake with a single candle provided a tasty interval before more dancing rounded off the celebration.
