Blooming good show for horticutural group
THE Indian summer brought out the visitors to Lancing Horticultural Society's autumn show.
A host of blooms, vegetables and cookery exhibits were on display at Boundstone Community Centre, despite the dry, hot summer.
Fred Hill scooped three prizes for his dahlias, while Bruce Button was a triple prize winner with his chrysanthemums.
The society's next show will be its spring one, on March 31 next year.
