Bodiam

Elections: Bodiam please do not forget the Police and Crime Commissioner election on the 5th May and the Referendum on the 23rd June. The place to vote will be the Parish Room and it will be open from 7am to 10pm.

Bodiam Pre-school: takes place at the Parish Room, last year with 25 children and 10 children joining in September 2015, however this coming July the Pre-school has 15 children most of whom may join Bodiam Church of England Primary School. For more information contact Mel Porter 01580 830615.

St Giles: The Church services at St Giles are being taken by a team of locum vicars. There are currently 57 people on the Church Electoral Roll and an average of 30 people attend regular services, with 82 attending Easter Sunday and 99 on Christmas Day. On the 17th April Holy Communion will take place at 11.15 a.m. at St Giles. We must not forget to thank Lay Reader Jenny Liverton for all of her help.

The late Victor Lyne: As I write I do not have any news of the service for the late Victor Lyne who has had a home in Bodiam for many years and was a big part of Bodiam Football Club and Village life.
